Review of the DeFiChain Community Meetup in Munich
Yesterday was the day: DeFiChain's largest community meetup to date took place in Munich, bringing together almost 200 members of the community. This remarkable event focused on presentations of various MetaChain projects. Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about projects such as DMC Universe, JellyVerse, BlackSwan, VanillaSwap, Javsphere and ebox.
Julian Hosp, one of the co-founders of DeFiChain, also gave a short but impressive presentation.
After all the presentations, the participants took the opportunity to get to know each other, exchange experiences and make new contacts. The meeting not only strengthened existing relationships within the community, but also fostered new connections.
The atmosphere was one of excitement and enthusiasm, and participants were able to gain valuable insights into the development and future of DeFiChain and its projects.
The event was a great success and showed how vibrant and engaged the DeFiChain community is. It served as the perfect platform to discuss the latest developments and explore new opportunities together.

CFP from BlackSwan and CrowdSwap
Summary:
Tobi, a member of the DeFiChain community and part of BlackSwan, proposes to make the DeFiMetaChain (DMC) more accessible with the help of a decentralized bridge. This bridge, developed in partnership with CrowdSwap, facilitates the transfer of assets between different blockchain networks, especially between Ethereum and DeFiChain.
Why a decentralized bridge?
Goal: The bridge aims to simplify access to DMC, especially for users who prefer a decentralized method.
User-friendliness: Currently, access to the DMC is complicated and usually only possible via centralized channels. The Bridge aims to make this process simpler and more accessible.
Security and trust: By using a decentralized solution, security risks that are often associated with centralized exchanges are minimized.
CrowdSwap as a partner
CrowdSwap brings experience and expertise in decentralized cross-chain solutions, ensuring a secure and efficient implementation of the bridge.
Financing and costs
The total cost for the development and implementation of the bridge is USD 85,000.
BlackSwan proposes that these costs are partially covered by the DeFiChain community (the Community Fund).
Advantages for the community
Expanded accessibility: The bridge enables a wider range of users to access the DMC and use its services.
Strengthening decentralization: This initiative will further decentralize the DeFiChain ecosystem.
